The BI developer will be responsible for the support and deployment of BI solutions using PowerBI or any other analytics tool and to
provide guidance and support in implementing strategic automated reports. The role requires complete comprehension of enterprise
data models and utilization of both relational and dimensional data sources. This person will design and develop customized reports
and dashboards that deliver benefit and actionable information in an agile and efficient way.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Work closely with the IT teams to design and deliver reporting and analytical solutions that satisfy business and technical requirements
• Extract, transform and load data from multiple sources (Excel, and ERPs: SAGE, SAP, Primavera...) into PowerBI
• Provide architectural insight to business users through evaluation and recommendation.
• Oversee the mapping of data sources, data movement, interfaces, and analytics, with the goal of ensuring data quality.
• Managing PowerBI workspaces, report access, report deployment, developing best practices in an enterprise environment.
• Take ownership of end-to-end development of each dashboard and report being developed.
• Train end-users and other stakeholders as needed to ensure they become fully autonomous and operational on the tool.
• Coordinate with IS/IT as needed to ensure compliancy with Thales IT/Security.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• You are a recent graduate with a Master's degree from an Engineering school and have some significant (around 2 years) experience (professional/internships, academic or personal projects such a GIT Hub, Meet Ups, etc.)
• You are resourceful, innovative and solution-oriented
• You are recognised as a good team player
• You also like working independently and look for empowerment

COMPETENCIES:

• You are able to adapt and react to change
• You know and enjoy designing, developing and testing secure software solutions and/or components
• You can demonstrate knowledge in Full Stack or pure back/pure front programming languages and frameworks (JAVA, C, C++, Python, or any other)
• You are familiar with compilation/code building/continuous integration
• You have knowledge of IS Computing Platforms, Operating Systems, and Hypervisors
• You know Agile principles
