The person in this role will be part of the development team that supports initiatives for Commercial Excellence, Commercial Operations and Digital Commerce business units, inclusive of customer service, sales, marketing, B2B commerce, EDI, logistics and distribution. This role reports to the Solution Architect Pod Lead.

Primary Responsibilities

• Hands on design, development, deployment, documentation and maintenance of integration processes between applications across cloud and/or on-premise using Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform (Cloud Integration, Application Integration and Enterprise web services APIs) aligned with best practices and following pre-established standards
• Collaborate with various cross functional teams to define and determine integration requirements in the areas including, but not limited to Customer Support, Logistics, Digital Commerce, Marketing
• Work closely with other teams, such as but not limited to, Applications Development teams, DBA's, Automation Engineers, Analytics, and downstream/upstream solutions delivery teams in providing technical assistance and advice and/or in resolving business issues
• Managing, Monitoring, Sustaining, Troubleshooting and supporting existing Integrations, Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform and peripheral systems
• Build Service Oriented and discoverable Web services and APIs

Qualifications and Experience
Must have:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience providing end-to-end integration solutions development for enterprise software or hosted high-tech services.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience working with MuleSoft and TIBCO integration platforms.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience working with and manipulating XML/JSON, and flat file documents using Javascript and/or Java.
• Strong Relational Database (RDBMS) background and SQL Skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Adequate English level to handle fluent and assertive conversations across global teams (written and spoken).
• Understanding of the different integration patterns
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills within distributed project teams
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills in large scale enterprise, matrix organization
• Highly analytical mindset, with an ability to see both the big picture and the details.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of EDI Documents and X12 EDI Standards.
• Experience working with Oracle ESB.
• Experience working with the Dell Boomi Platform.
• Working knowledge of API design and development on the Cloud as well as on-premise environments.
• Working knowledge of API security certification, authentication, authorization, IP security setup, and end point configuration
• Experience in Agile, Scrum and/or Waterfall.
• Working knowledge of customer-facing applications - such as eCommerce, custom portals (api first), CPQ, Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and APIs.
• Knowledge of Test Automation and CICD platforms.
• Experience with configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise software applications.

Travel:

• You will be required to travel as is determined by the needs of our businesses. This position may require travel to business sites up to 10% of the time.
