Key responsibilities :
Understand the ecosystem, architecture, and internal processes of the systems, with a focus on the architecture of search engines.
Be fully involved in technical details, lead the direction of assigned systems, and ensure that requirements gathered by the BSA are reflected in delivery.
Present demos and actively contribute to code, although the primary focus will be on leadership and mentoring.
Perform code reviews, guide best practices, and mentor a small team (3-4 developers).
Own the architecture of search engines (Apache Solr, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, etc.), ensuring scalability, performance, and best practices in their implementation.
