Join a team that designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment. You will prepare test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment. You will provide test areas with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed, and compile data and define changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements. And you will collaborate with other experienced engineers in an interdisciplinary company that applies best practices to achieve world-class results.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute test plans to achieve production requirements taking care of the quality of the product.
• Integrate new test equipment based on a project plan, perform assessment and lead test projects to increment capacity according to production requirements.
• Improve and maintain test equipment according to the production requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis on defects to identify underlying issues.
• Perform qualification and development testing plans to ensure test process capability.
• Assisting in product diagnosis on manufacturing/production test issues.
• Investigate technical issues related to the systems or the product.
• Capability to follow guidelines and ensure efficiency on given project tasks.
• Defining and developing test plans, test cases, procedures, and projects.
• Developing, executing, and maintaining test equipment.
• Provide guidance to technicians to debug, improve and implement new test systems.
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
• Lead and develop productivity projects to improve capacity according to customer demand.
• Support and maintain databases and be capable to fix all issues related as well as create reports base on test data.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in engineering field (Software, Electrical, Mechanical).
• Advance business English
• Excellent electronics bases.
• Knowledge on Minitab analysis and six sigma tools.
• Experience in creating, maintaining and executing manual test plans/cases.
• Strong knowledge in Labview, Java, bisual basic.
• Knowledge in PLC (AB and Siemens)
• +3 years of experience on Test field.
• Knowledge SQL database platforms.
• Deep understanding of a variety of test engineering standards and specifications.
