Your Challenge
- Ensure Compensation, Benefits, Wellness, and Payroll processes generate valuable insights and support for our National Team.
- Design and implement regional compensation and benefits programs, along with a comprehensive wellness strategy for the region.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience:
- 10+ years of professional experience
- At least 8 years specifically in Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll, with proven leadership of managerial teams.
- Language: Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).

- Strategic planning and execution.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience influencing and managing senior stakeholders.
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.

- Proficiency in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design and implement regional benefits and incentive programs aligned with company strategy.
- Manage compensation structures, including job analysis, salary benchmarking, and compensation surveys.
- Lead initiatives related to salary program execution and governance.
- Develop enhancements and modifications to current benefits programs and related procedures.
- Conduct cost analysis, internal equity reviews, and market competitiveness assessments.
- Drive country-specific programs, including recognition, wellness, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure participation and analysis of Compensation & Benefits surveys for continuous improvement.
