We are seeking a talented Bilingual IT Recruiter to join our team. As a Bilingual IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top-tier IT professionals who are fluent in both English and Spanish. Your role will involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, crafting job descriptions, and executing recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates.
Responsabilities
Source and attract top-tier IT candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the internal database.
Complete all the activities assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Engineering
2+ years proven experience as a recruiter in the IT industry US and latam.
Fluent in both English and Spanish
Familiarity with IT roles and technologies, including Software Developer, Architect, PM, QA, UX/UI, etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, such LinkedIn Recruiter, Hireline, OCC.
