Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Engineering, Quality, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience working for a tier 1 automotive supplier in Quality and advanced quality planning.
• Minimum of five years' experience with QMS, IATF 16949 requirements, 8D Methodology, GD&T & Root Cause Analysis.
• Proficiency with the AIAG Core Tools.
• Ability to travel Internationally and domestically by car or plane.

Responsibilities:

• Lead program development quality initiatives and PPAP activities, as well as preparation and reception of programs for serial production.
• Develop a quality assurance concept in compliance with EET / customer/IATF/quality standards and requirements.
• Drive quality tasks and complete deliverables according to process definitions for acquisitions, customer programs, engineering changes and maintain data in customer APQP portals.
• Assess risks and opportunities in regard to Quality that may impact program objectives and trigger appropriate action.
• Create the control plan for prototype-, pre series- and series phases as well as the defect & rework catalogue and transfer to Production.
