Due to our exponential growth in our Shared Services Center, we are looking for our next talented Workers Compensations Admin.

• This position is based in Querétaro, Qro.

Responsible on assisting in managing workers compensation claims, assisting with safety initiatives and providing support to employees throughout the claims process.

Abilities:

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ability to work on a fast-paced environment and in different projects.
• Ability to effectively communicate with other team members and clients

Activities:

• Assist in the processing and management of workers compensation claims, including gathering necessary documentation, filing claims, and following up on claim status.
• Provide support to employees who have sustained work-related injuries, including answering questions about the claims process and helping them navigate their recovery.
• Send new injury incident reports for building workers' compensation claims to the Third-Party Administrator.
• Answer incoming calls related to the Workers' Comp program and follow through with questions or concerns about the claim process.

Important:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat)
• Ability to manage multiple operating systems
• Ability with software systems
• Currently living in Querétaro, Querétaro.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
