Key Responsibilities
Manage and configure MDM solutions (Intune, Jamf) for Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS devices.
Develop and enforce device management policies to ensure security and compliance.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support (Level 3) across platforms.
Support end users and manage tasks via a ticketing system.
Collaborate with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored endpoint solutions.
Conduct trainings and assist in creating technical documentation.
Design, implement, and maintain modern endpoint environments.
Stay updated on MDM and endpoint management trends and tools.
Must Have Skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in similar positions.
Proven experience with MDM tools such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS operating systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong client-facing and consulting skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Jamf Certified) are a plus.
Skills:
English (speak and write) to work with clients and global teams
Proficiency in Intune, Jamf and/or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of modern management devices.
Experience in scripting for automation.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have
Azure Active Directory: Experience with managing and integrating Azure AD.
MECM (SCCM): Knowledge of MECM (SCCM)
Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.
Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles and tools.
Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation and experience in a customer-facing role.
