We are seeking for a responsible for the complete subrogation process of investigation, negotiation and settlement of property claims that have been identified to have subrogation potential.

Responsabilities:

Subrogation Process: Navigates through our proprietary database and electronic documents to process and resolve claims with subrogation potential.
Subrogation Knowledge. Ability through experience and education to appropriately handle property subrogation claims of moderate to high complexity.
Documentation. Prioritize and appropriately document all activities for recovery.
Customer Service and Communication Skills. Requires accomplished communication skills with a strong phone presence in extensive communication with insurance company clients, attorneys, law enforcement agencies and insureds.
Team Focused and Goal Oriented. Must work within a team environment in a positive and cooperative manner.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of property insurance claims, property subrogation with inter-company arbitration filings experience.
Typing 45+ wpm accurately.
Computer application knowledge.
Basic accounting knowledge to make accurate computations.
Thorough knowledge of subrogation principles and property claims.
Securing and preserving evidence
Understanding of Actual Cash Value (ACV) and Replacement Cost Value (RCV)

Preferred Qualification:

CSRP – Certified Subrogation Recovery Professional Designation
College Degree.
Claims System knowledge.
Ability to speak Spanish and English.
