We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team at TP-Link. The Inside Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, fostering client relationships, and maximizing revenue opportunities within an assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with existing and prospective clients through inbound and outbound sales efforts.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand TP-Link's market presence.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate networking solutions to address their requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, B2B, ISP and technical support to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferable)
English 100% both written and spoken
Proven track record of success in inside sales or a similar role, preferably within the technology industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
