Position description:
We are looking for a a telecom professional with good knowledge in telecom networks and services with a flair experience on project delivery and account management. He/she is to managing the ongoing relationship with the customer, including senior management level. Through the close business relationships, this role will need to take care short, medium and long term delivery business for Huawei full range of telecom solutions and services for the specific account.
He/she will provide customers with timely, accurate, high quality, and cost efficiency delivery through managing the delivery program, contract compliances and resources of the Account Department, and be accountable for the delivery of customer satisfaction of the department.
Job Location
The position will be located in the Mexico City.

Requirements:
- B.S. degree in Telecommunications or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Advanced English is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years in project management experience in the telecom industry or with Government/Private sectors
- Sales and business development experience
- Basic telecom industry knowledge
- Contracts and project negotiation experience for win-win relationships.
- Ability to build good customer relationship at all levels
- Good presentation and written communication skills
- Aability to define project and work independently and/or work as part of a Team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the delivery of the Contract fulfillment to achieve the business goals (revenue, delivery cost rate, ITO, total billing amount, long term unbilled account receivable, Professional Service Sales Margins and Network security) of the Account Department through delivery of program management governance, contract management, and resources management of the Account Department
- Responsible for managing customer satisfaction to ensure customer is satisfy with Huawei in all aspects, including project delivery, services, communication and the business ethic etc
- Identify qualified opportunities to drive business growth and increase profitability
- To foster and build good relationship with the customer for revenue growth
- Work closely with the Account team and other relevant stakeholders to engage customers and to deliver high quality services to customers
- Handle customer complaint including drafting reply letter and handling customer visits etc
- Actively identify improvement programs to enhance the performance of the project delivery and customer satisfaction works
- To identify business opportunities and synergy with customers in areas of cooperation
Competencies:
· Project management knowledge, experience of responsible for project delivery o telecom/IT projects
· Good business knowledge of the local telecom market
· Ability and confidence to communicate with customer, especially with the senior management
· Experience of involving in negotiation of Contract terms with customer
· Good inter-personal skill and a strong team player
· Demonstrate good leadership capability
