 Role Objective

Support yard operations with precise tracking, reporting, and coordination of vehicle flow within the logistics yard. Ensure control, safety, and accuracy in administrative tasks.

 Key Responsibilities

•     Log vehicle entries and exits within the yard

•     Coordinate vehicle movements with logistics and transport teams

•     Track unit flow and update internal systems

•     Generate daily and weekly reports

•     Assist with vehicle inventory control

•     Ensure yard safety compliance

•     Communicate with multiple teams (yard, transport, admin)

Requirements

•     Administration and logistics knowledge

•     English: Intermediate to advanced

•     Excel: Intermediate to advanced

•     Ability to work under pressure

•     Minimum: High school diploma (technical or partial university studies in Logistics, Engineering, or related fields)

•     Flexible availability
