Overview of the position:

Apply total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes.

Analyse customer quality satisfaction, report and make strategies to improve the situation.

Typical tasks:

1. Notification and monitoring of campaigns and technical service bulletins
2. Support on warranty issues, service campaign and technical support of KMX distributors
3. VoCM analysis in social media and report to management
4. Quality clinic customer interviews and report elaboration

Technical Knowledge & Qualifications:

• Strong data analysis skills, quality focus and continues improvement.
• SAP (intermediate)
• Power Bi (advanced)
• Project management and dealer / customer communication
• Automotive knowledge
• English (intermediate)
• 5+ years of experience in quality and in automotive industry
