This role involves providing technical consultancy to implement and customize monitoring solutions for local, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures. The objective is to ensure efficiency and performance in IT operations for our clients. The successful candidate will collaborate with pre-sales and sales teams to understand client requirements and propose effective technical solutions related to monitoring, cloud, and observability concepts. • Provide technical consultancy to implement and customize monitoring solutions for local, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures
• Collaborate with pre-sales and sales teams to understand client requirements and propose effective technical solutions
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to network, server, application, and cloud service monitoring (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Conduct workshops and technical training for clients on best practices in IT and cloud monitoring
• Stay updated with the latest trends in ITOM, monitoring, cloud, and observability technologies

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in roles related to implementation, maintenance, and support of network and server infrastructures on-premise
• Experience with monitoring tools, ideally ManageEngine (OpManager, Applications Manager, Site24x7) or alternatives like SolarWinds, DynaTrace, PRTG
• Knowledge in cloud infrastructure management (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) with experience in performance monitoring, scalability, and resource optimization
• Familiarity with IT operations automation and early alert systems to prevent incidents
