We're looking for a Technology and Development Manager who can lead IT operations, manage software development, and oversee network infrastructure. This role is perfect for someone with a broad technical background who enjoys both hands-on IT work and managing software projects. What You'll Do

• IT Infrastructure & Network Management
• Oversee network security, system administration, and cloud services.
• Maintain and troubleshoot servers, VPNs, firewalls, and workstations.
• Implement best practices for cybersecurity, backups, and IT policies.
• Software Development & Team Leadership
• Manage and coordinate a team of developers working on in-house and client-facing projects.
• Work with leadership to define development priorities and timelines.
• Oversee code quality, technical architecture, and system performance.
• Bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.
• Technology Strategy & Innovation
• Evaluate and implement new tools, frameworks, and cloud solutions.
• Ensure systems scale effectively as the company grows.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging tech trends and recommend improvements.

What We're Looking For

? 5+ years of experience in IT management, software development, or a related technical leadership role.

? Strong background in network administration, IT security, and cloud services (AWS).

? Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, Active Directory, and server management.

? Experience managing software development teams (Agile methodologies are a plus).

? Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or C#) and DevOps tools.

? Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.

? Ability to communicate effectively between technical and non-technical teams.

? Able to travel montly on paid business trips to USA
