We are looking for an Implementation Project Manager to plan, initiate, and manage implementation projects to facilitate optimal client adoption of platform and future success for both the client and the company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing tailored project plans, coordinating stakeholder input, leading milestone-driven meetings, and proactively managing risks to keep timelines and budgets on track. This role serves as the primary point of contact during implementation, ensuring progress is clearly communicated and client goals are consistently met.

Technical Skills:

• Project management tools (e.g., GuideCX, Monday .com)
• SaaS platform familiarity
• CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Documentation tools (e.g., Confluence)
• Video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams)
• MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Slides
• Time tracking and forecasting tools
• Moderate understanding of APIs and integrations
• Digital adoption tools (e.g., Pendo)
• Collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Teams)
• Basic QA/testing familiarity
• Contract interpretation (non-legal)
• Training platform exposure (e.g., LMS systems)

Experience Required:

• 6 - 8 years of experience in SaaS implementation, project management, client onboarding, or customer success.
• Experience supporting HCM, HR tech, or other configurable platforms is a plus.
