POSITION PURPOSE:

Responsible for leading the production team (Supervisors and operators) to achieve all the objectives of the main indicators required and ensure that they are met according to EHS, Quality and Corporate standards.

Is responsible for developing and leading continuous improvement initiatives to meet the required annual cost reductions, ensuring at all times that the plant is prepared for any future challenges that may arise.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

?Responsible for timely delivery of production in terms of the agreed turnaround time and quality

?Set and maintain process flows, lead continuous improvement actions

?Improve production costs, delivery, productivity and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)

?Achievement of daily, weekly and monthly KPIs, Dashboards and targets.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

?Engineering in any field and master's degree preferred.

?Bilingual (English / Spanish)

?Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience required.

?Demonstrated excellent employee and customer relations.

?Previous experience coordinating efforts with other areas to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
