YOUR OPPORTUNITY

The primary role of the Regional IT Manager is to facilitate communication among area representatives and oversee initiatives specific to each site.Additionally, the Regional IT Manager serves as the regional Service Delivery Manager (SDM), dedicating 30% of their time to act as a bridge between the global SDM and the region.

YOUR MISSION

The IT Regional Manager plays a key role in overseeing and coordinating IT representatives within the region, ensuring efficient management of site-specific IT projects and initiatives. Moreover, the position entails serving as the regional SDM (Service Delivery Manager), dedicating 30% of the role to act as a crucial link between the global SDM and the region, facilitating seamless service delivery across territories.

YOUR PROFILE

• Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English + native language)
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
• Knowledge of IT standards and controls
• Understanding of information principles and processes
• Understanding of financial models and budgeting
• Understanding of network (Cisco, Fortinet), datacenter technology (VMWare), end user computer (Windows /
• Office 365 / AD)
• Bachelor degree in IT or equivalent.
