Your role:

• In process quality, lead quality issue, use of PDCA, 8D or similar.
• Manage Customer claims & portals & requirements.
• Responsible to attend and respond internal and external audits.
• Responsible to validate process and products.
• Responsible to manage core tools and quality process documentation.

What do you need?

• Strong experience in problem solving, customer management and effective communication.
• Leadership execution and promotion in and out of the team.
• Project management + advance windows office knowledge.
• High initiative, proactivity and sense of urgency.
• Teambuilding & collaboration.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing environment for electronic products, experience in the same or similar position. More 3 years.
