Your Role

You will be responsible for all matters related to the global organization and ASUX plant support for the industrialization of global products.

Your day-to-day will consist of the following:

• Lead/manage industrialization of global products from the award phase up to series production
• Enforce proper requirements management
• Develop the production line concept with optimized material flow, estimated cycle times, and traceability concept
• Attend the regular project meetings
• Create and maintain the Manufacturing Engineering project schedule
• Prepare, organize, and attend the milestone build dates
• Drive and track P-FMEA, respecting Functional Safety aspects
• Plan, define, procure, and track needed process technology and equipment for production
• Participate in escalation meetings on the program management level and with customers.

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
• 5+ years of work experience in the Automotive Industry, preferred in manufacturing engineering.
• Bilingual - proficient in English speaking/reading/writing
• Ability to work and live in a global network environment
• Outstanding knowledge of lean concepts
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong problem-solving capability
