Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Business Systems Analyst located in Guadalajara North.

Reporting to the Miguel Ramírez, Information Technology Manager the Business Systems Analyst role involves reporting Manufacturing, Head Count, Financial information with BI analysis and forecast to the IT Project Manager, Business System Analyst role involves analyzing complex business problems to solve them with automated systems and will also be responsible for designed details for automated systems to make them more efficient. Responsible for providing Reports in SSRS, Tableau, MSSQL, MS C#

What a typical day looks like:

• Determinate required improvements on the systems accord with customer needs, managing its proper implementation.
• Support customer projects implementation.
• Analyze new requirements.
• Define requirements specifications to define methods and procedures related to new assignments.
• Use skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in a creative and cost-effective way.
• Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones
• Monitor project progress, timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective deliverables.
• Verify newly developed processes.
• Develop reports according to user requirements.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Knowledge ETL, Tableau, Microsoft C#
• Fluent English oral and written.
• Experience working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
• Previous experience in similar positions.
• Knowledge MS SQL
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
• Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
• Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style.
• Knowledge in AIM Methodology / Scrum is also a plus.
