The Role: We are hiring a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead lean transformation efforts across our Utah and Mexico facilities. This role will focus on driving operational efficiency, reducing waste, improving throughput, and building sustainable systems that support growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who understands how to implement lean strategies, lead change, and align teams across borders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of lean manufacturing principles across both facilities

• Identify and eliminate waste, streamline workflows, and improve production flow

• Standardize processes between the Utah and Mexico operations to ensure alignment and scalability

• Support plant leaders in executing daily improvements and long-term efficiency initiatives

• Implement tools such as 5S, value stream mapping, standard work, kanban, SMED, and visual management

• Establish metrics, monitor performance, and drive accountability for continuous improvement targets

• Collaborate with production, engineering, and leadership to align goals and remove bottlenecks

• Train and mentor teams on lean principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field

• 5+ years of experience leading lean initiatives in a manufacturing environment

• Proven success driving continuous improvement at the plant or multi-site level

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required

• Experience in medical or regulated manufacturing is a plus

• Willingness to travel regularly to Utah, USA if needed.
