Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant / Senior Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud SCM functional configuration and implementation. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and be capable of delivering high-quality solutions in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional expertise and configuration in Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Costing, Manufacturing, Product Hub, Planning, and Order Management.

• Perform system configuration and testing in the areas of Costing, Manufacturing/Maintenance, Inventory, Quality Assurance Management, Product Hub, and Order Management (Must-have).

• Analyze end-user requirements and propose effective solutions for reporting enhancements, quality assurance, and user training.

• Demonstrate deep understanding of supply chain business processes, particularly Order to Cash (OTC), Plan to Produce, and Back-to-Back cycles.

• Participate in and contribute to at least two full life cycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations using a formal implementation methodology.

• Lead or support cutover planning and validation activities during system go-live and deployments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment and system integration.

• Prepare functional documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer assets for stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.

• Strong configuration skills in Inventory, Costing, Manufacturing, and Product Hub modules.

• Experience with full-cycle global implementations.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
