At Uline, Finance isn't just about the numbers; it's about the people behind the business. As a Data Analyst for our Finance department, you'll dig into the data to discover larger trends to support our growing company's success!

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM.

Position Responsibilities

• Locate and define process improvements within the Finance department.
• Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in large, complex data sets.
• Solve problems using advanced critical thinking skills and statistical techniques and effectively communicate findings, both verbally and visually.
• Develop and implement data collection tools and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Take initiative to translate business opportunities and challenges into analyses with actionable recommendations.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - 100% in both verbal and written forms.
• Demonstrated analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in SQL VBA and Excel. Power BI a plus.
• Technical expertise in data modeling, database design development, data mining and data segmentation.
