Manage AR Team and provide daily work support to each Team member
Manage on-the-job training for the new team members
Propose and work out improvement ideas to AR process
Coordinate interns to actively support less complex activities
Lead interviews with external candidates, goal setting discussions and feedback with employees
Take an active role on initiatives and projects
Implement control systems to ensure the appropriate application of the Guidelines and processes
Monitors and controls non-payments, delayed or delinquent payments, and other anomalies
Responds to inquiries and researches and resolves problems
Identify errors or discrepancies and resolve before processing
Provide excellent customer service
