Description

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge between management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Strong Knowledge of Mexican Labour Law (Ley Federal del Trabajo)
• Manage the performance appraisal system to drive high performance
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Promote corporate values

Profile

A successful Sr Human Resources Manager should have:

• Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Build and effectively manage relationships at all levels of the company
• In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
