We're seeking a dynamic and motivated BDC Representative to act as the crucial communication link between valued customers and the dealership. If you're passionate about customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound sales inquiries, schedule appointments, and diligently follow up with customers and prospects to convert leads into successful sales.
Proactively reach out to existing customers to build and maintain strong relationships, identifying new sales opportunities.
Manage and update the customer database (CRM), ensuring accuracy and completeness of all customer information.
Coordinate follow-up with in-store sales associates and managers, ensuring a smooth customer service/sales process. Answer customer phone calls and online inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
Make outbound calls, confirm appointments, and follow up with sales leads. Schedule appointments for test drives and follow up with customers.
Ensure phones are answered promptly and professionally throughout your scheduled shift.
Provide a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication (in English) and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM systems.
Sales-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets.
Experience in the automotive field (sales, insurances, auto finance) or any related knowledge
