What You'll Do

Deliver exceptional phone service to patients
Schedule medical appointments with care and precision
Manage clinic emails & support requests
Follow established customer support procedures to ensure smooth operations
Attend team meetings (Mon-Fri, 8:45 am PST) and collaborate with colleagues

What You Need

Fluent English & Spanish (written & spoken) – Required
6+ months of customer service or outbound call experience
Proficiency in computers, MS Office, and Google products
Empathy, proactiveness, and strong communication skills

Work Schedule

Full-time (40-44 hours/week)
Monday to Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm PST
Note: This is a full-time role; no part-time or dual job arrangements are available.
