Position: Product Quality Auditor

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Chemical Engineering

• Degree status: Graduated – Degree required

Experience:

• At least 1 year in a similar position or 6 months in a related role

• Required knowledge:

• Conversational English (client communication)
• ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards
• Internal process auditing
• Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, PPAP, APQP)
• Metrology
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office

Position Objective:

Ensure compliance with customer requirements through established procedures.

Requirements:

1. University degree completed
2. Conversational English
3. Availability for rotating shifts
4. Reliable transportation (must be able to commute independently)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Control of measurement equipment used in production processes
2. Manage non-conforming materials and notify clients for appropriate disposition
3. Provide technical support for client issues and resolve complaints using problem-solving tools
4. Prepare PPAP documentation for new products, processes, or services
5. Maintain quality indicators within established targets
6. Contribute to the implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence
7. Support Production and Materials departments in quality-related matters

Schedule:

• Rotating shifts:

• 1st shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
• 2nd shift: 2:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• 3rd shift: 9:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
