Main activities:

• Advise OEM customers regarding all technical inquiries related to the MR product range (Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen) with specialized support from the required department.
• Analyze and coordinate the technical requirements for scheduled customer projects (e.g., design, complex applications, maintenance, replacement, etc.), including on-site review for the customer if necessary.
• Interpret, clarify, and execute customer specifications for offers and orders, taking into account MR's delivery spectrum.
• Early review of the technical feasibility and profitability of specific customer special designs by initiating relevant processes.
• Compilation, analysis (technical and commercial), and sending of offers and order confirmations for products, components, parts, and services for designated OEM customers.
• Enter customer orders and service assignments for internal processing and planning.

Professional requirements:

• Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or related degree. (completed)
