Qualification and Experience:

•  Power Transformer Inspection/Testing knowledge.

•  Project Management.

•  Maintenance / Controls Engr background.

•  Welding process knowledge and inspection criteria (TIG, MIG, MMA/SMAW)

•  Painting process knowledge (surface prep, coating, finishing, rework)

•  Problem Solving Methodologies (i.e. 8Ds, 5why's, DMAIC)

•  Statistical Tools and Data Analysis (i.e. Capability, Capacity, Correlation, ANOVA, DOE)

• Core Tools

•  Risk Assessment

•  2+ years Experience auditing supplier's quality system

•  GD&T

•  Willing to travel (US Visa)

Skills:

•Demonstrate Leadership.

•Team work.

•MS Office mid level (Excel, Power Point, Word, Project is a plus).

•Negotiation Techniques.

•Data-based decision maker.
