Execute operational purchasing of IDM&S to support country/factories. Support the implementation of strategic sourcing results in the country/factories and promote the operational efficiency in the countries. Work closely with the internal stakeholders and execute local purchasing activities. Implement contracts, agreements, and new processes.
Requirements:
Education required: Bachelor's degree on Industrial Engineer, Business or any Relevant.
Minimum 4 years of experience Automotive
Fluent English.
Negotiation skills.
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Desired knowledge: ARIBA, SAP.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Responsibilities:
Perform local purchasing according to defined strategies and frameworks:
Negotiate and sign local agreements up to a regionally defined and agreed upon value,
Review purchase requisitions and identify sources of supply for spot buys,
Advice internal customers on procurement issues, providing support and guidance at all stages of the procurement cycle,
Participate as required in global and regional strategic sourcing projects
Participate in local sourcing initiatives
Run their operations according to the Code of Conduct, Environment Health & Safety (EHS), and Quality Policies, and work according to the Quality Management System. If the operation is EHS certified, work according to the EHS Management System.
