Description

The main responsibilities are to:

• Managing the preparation and review of the company's tax compliance and reporting requirements.
• Developing and implementing tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liabilities.
• Overseeing and coordinating tax audits in various international jurisdictions.
• Keeping up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations and advising on the potential impact to the company.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide tax advice on business initiatives and transactions.
• Managing the preparation of tax forecasts and budgets and presenting findings to senior management.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• At least 10 years in general accounting with tax perspective.
• Knowledge to understand basic concepts of accounting, such as debits and credits.
• Understanding of IFRS and its implications from an accounting and tax perspective.
• Technical understanding of how accounting methodology works/integrates within Tax rules.
• Ability to understand and act proactively towards the process to achieve results.
• An achiever mind set, seeking results following a structure process.
• Resilient and able to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Advanced English is a must.
