Responsabilities

· Responsible for the service satisfaction of dealers in the country, the local accessories supply rate, accessories sales targets;

· Responsible for planning, organizing and implementing the service capability improvement plan for dealers;

· Responsible for the construction of active service and passive service working procedures, standards and matching team building;

· Responsible for parts planning, warehousing logistics planning, delivery (including host) and management;

· Responsible for product testing, product pre-market service planning and preparation in the host country.

Job Requirements

· Education and major: bachelor degree or above, mechanical related major;

· Work experience and ability: 5 years or more service and service management work experience, with agricultural machinery industry service experience is preferred;

· Foreign language requirements: English can be used as the working language.

· Availability to travel
