Customer Service Representative – U.S. Credit Repair Campaign
?? Location: Monterrey, Downtown
?? Full-time | Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Join our growing team as a Customer Service Representative supporting a U.S.-based credit repair campaign. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking with people, solving problems, and making a difference in customers' financial lives.
?? What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with credit repair inquiries and services
- Provide empathetic, clear, and professional communication to resolve customer concerns
- Educate clients about credit repair steps and ensure accurate information is delivered
- Meet and exceed performance KPIs including customer satisfaction and response time
- Maintain high-quality documentation and follow compliance protocols

- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and active listening abilities
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment (preferred, not required)
- Familiarity with U.S. financial services or credit systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
