Position Tittle: HR Specialist

OBJECTIVE: Bring support day to day with HR operation to exceed expectations with our internal customers.

JOB SUMMARY: Carry out day to day HR Operation, supporting in all HR areas: Recruitment, HR employee administration, training and labor relations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Recruitment for all levels.
• Payroll and all its implications.
• Apply psychometric testing.
• Support on hiring process (Request documentation, contracts review control).
• ID Cards Control.
• Orientation.
• Support on termination contract at Mexican Labor Court.
• Create and update employee records.
• Employee movements control.
• Training coordination.
• Recruitment indicator control.
• Support on Company events.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong Knowledge in: Interviewing based skills (STAR Methodology), verifiable experience in psychometric testing batteries, verifiable experience on Mexican Federal Labor Law.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education: A bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resources or related field.

Experience: At least one year on Human Resources Department.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Office (Excel advanced), Recruitment in all levels, interviewing based skills, mythology STAR, psychometric testing batteries, knowledge in Mexican Federal Labor Law, organization (mandatory), experience on training need analysis.
