A leading multinational company is seeking a Service Desk Specialist to join its IT team and provide first and second-level support to users across local, regional, and global locations. If you are tech-savvy, customer-focused, and fluent in English, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support for applications and systems.
Categorize and prioritize support requests using a ticketing system, keeping statuses current and escalating when needed.
Act as the primary point of contact for all company users.
Collaborate with local, regional, and global IT teams.
Install, manage, maintain, and document IT services in line with company standards.
Suggest process or service improvements when applicable.
Serve as the key contact for regional and global teams during project implementations.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.
Solid understanding of standard IT hardware and technologies.
Good knowledge of common business applications, especially Office 365.
Strong understanding of Windows client and server operating systems.
Ability to work reliably under pressure.
Comfortable working in an international environment, including receiving remote support.
Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
Willingness to occasionally travel to other company locations.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs.
