We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Desk role to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to end users, resolving incidents and requests, and applications for performance issues. This role requires excellent customer service skills, problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for identifying and escalating potential issues to maintain smooth and reliable IT operations.
