Responsibilities primarily to perform the function.

· Lead the installation and set up the paint line equipment with suppliers and maintenance team.

· Implement operational parameters and standardize procedures in site to assure quality

· Monitoring daily production rates, and other area KPI´s

· Validate and assure pre treatment process, powder application and curing process.

· Assure inventory, request materials and deliver final product on time based on the production plan.

· Problem solving activities to avoid or reduce scrap levels

· Assure 5´s and preventive maintenance minor activities daily.

· Generate reports on time.

· Assure Safety and Environmental activities.

• Propose continues improvement of activities and cost savings.

• Coordinate and deliver training to operators

• Collaborate with quality department to assure company system

• Participate in maintenance programs
