Currently, we are looking for an Insurance Agency Account Manager to join us full-time as a Prestador de Servicios (providing tax official invoices). The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager Customer Service Representative to join our insurance service team. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing inbound communication via emails and texts, and ensuring timely execution of tasks related to insurance policies. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, highly organized, and adept at juggling multiple priorities.

Hiring: Prestador de Servicios (Tax Official Invoice)

Time Zone: PST

Labor Days: Mon- Fri from 8 AM to 5 PM PST

Duties:

• Manage and respond to client communications via email, text, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
• Create, assign, and track internal tasks related to insurance policy changes, renewals, and client requests.
• Collaborate with underwriters, agents, and support teams to fulfill service requests efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in customer management systems.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Assist with policy documentation, quotes, endorsements, and claims support as needed.

Requirements:

• Must have 1+years of experience in Multi Tasking Specialization
• Must have 2+years of experience in Time Management Specialization
• Must have 2+years of experience in Detail Orientated Specialization
