AgileOne is a Staffing Company currently looking for an HR Generalist or Recruiter for our Shared Services center in Mexico that provides services to the United States.

The ideal candidate has:

• Experience recruiting for at least 1 year.
• Experience managing customer service, admin assistants, sales, production workers, operative roles.
• Massive recruitment experience for plants is requested.
• Conversational English is a must.
• Ability to work remotely, all candidates located in the Mexican Republic can apply for this job.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, and screening candidates in Puerto Rico for different clients.
• Responsible for initial interviews, and follow-up with candidates.
• Maintains positive relationships exceeding the expectations of clients and candidates.
• Fill trackers in Excel or ATS accurately and order fulfillment activity.
• Respond to candidate questions, suggestions, and grievances.
