Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative (Outside Sales) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales process and a highly customer service, with a proven experience.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and qualify potential customers.

Scheduling weekly visits to our current customers.

Conduct product demonstrations and test drives.

Assist customers in selecting the right product or technical support for their needs and budget, providing guidance and expertise throughout the sales process.

Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to ensure maximum profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Follow up with leads and inquiries in a timely manner to nurture relationships and close sales.

Coordinate with inside sales department the sales activities.

Preparing and attending monthly sales meetings

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales for automotive field is preferred.

Engineering or Business Degree

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

Knowledge of automotive products, features, and specifications.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
