Demand Planning and Inventory Control Specialist

We are looking for professionals with experience in coordinating inventory movements and cycle counts between the warehouse, sales, and purchasing to meet customer deliveries and investigate inventory-related issues.

Position Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurately filing all documents.

• Inventory Control experience required, including the cycle count process.

• Extensive experience using Inventory Transactions within SAP (examples: MIGO, Goods Received, Shipments Complete).

• Work to ensure the facility meets key cycle counting metrics according to its targets.

• Develop strong working relationships with all levels of facility personnel.

• Work with management to ensure the MRP process is accurate, consistent, and business-relevant.

• Work with purchasing to ensure adequate inventory levels (using MD-07 and VL10G SAP transactions).

• Comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment is a plus.

• Collaborate with S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) to align inventory levels and demand forecasting with business objectives.

Minimum Requirements (Education, Experience & Skills)

• 1-3 years of experience in Inventory Control.

• SAP experience required.

• Skilled in all Microsoft Office suite programs.

• Excellent team player and customer service-oriented.

• Office Management, Administrative, and Accounts Payable experience is a plus.

• Problem Solving/Troubleshooting experience.

• Experience in a transportation/warehouse environment is a plus.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task is a must.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Bilingual in English/Spanish.

• Experience in S&OP processes and demand forecasting is preferred.
