TO JOIN OUR TEAM:
Experience in customer service (6 months to 1 year).
Call center experience is a plus (6 months to 1 year).
Proficient in using a PC; experience with Windows-based applications.
Conversational bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong writing and grammar in both languages (B2+ level).
High school diploma or higher education certificate required.
Must live within 75 minutes of the site.
