Make technical purchase for raw material, parts and services. Performing quotation, analyzing offers and compering with Mahle technical needs, aiming the target to have best offer conditions following QCDI.

Contribute for new suppliers to attend Mahle market

Coordinate with support of Purchasing Manager the Sourcing Process timing for the strategic components of the product team and coordinate the project sourcing timing with product team and follows progress of component development.

As Member of the Project Team, Leads Sourcing Process from Project Kick Off till completion of product launch.

Mitigate suppliers price increase requests;

Participates to Project Meeting and Activities ;

Negotiate with current suppliers for carryover parts;

Guarantee frame contract signed with suppliers before kickoff;

Supports Project Manager in Preparation of Sourcing Plan to define mutual commitments and conditions to proceed with sourcing process and SOP at required QCD conditions.

Involves Global lead buyers in appropriate timing to share project constraints and propose sourcing strategy compliant with Global Purchasing Strategy;

Maintain suppliers data at SAP up to date ( Prices, Incoterm, POs, Etc)

Maintain and controls KPIs monthly reports up to date.

Coordinate communication flows and contents between project teams and suppliers. Ensures all necessary documentation
