Content Creative – Technical Delivery Lead (Adobe Workfront)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to spearhead the regional implementation and rollout of Adobe Workfront across the Americas (USA, LATAM, etc.).

This role plays a key part in ensuring the operational excellence of technical solutions supporting creative content management (product images, video, etc.), collaborating closely with creative agencies and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the global Adobe Workfront team and implementation partner to review and deploy the global solution.
• Lead the technical implementation and customization of Workfront, configuring workflows, custom fields, reports, and system integrations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting best practices and skill development.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications.
• Design and architect scalable Workfront solutions aligned with business needs and industry best practices.
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure quality, stability, and performance.
• Create and deliver training programs for end-users, and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
• Administer the Workfront environment, including user access, security protocols, performance monitoring, and proactive maintenance.
• Oversee the integration of Workfront with other core systems, such as Digital PIM, DAM, and generative AI tools.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize business processes through Workfront, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
• Manage relationships with Adobe and other Workfront service providers to ensure optimal service and contract compliance.
• Maintain thorough documentation of Workfront configurations, customizations, and processes.
• Stay up to date with the latest Workfront features, updates, and best practices, proactively recommending and implementing improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront, including implementation, administration, and customization.
• Proven experience managing and delivering complex technical projects.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience with data migration, integration, and API usage.
• Familiarity with other marketing technologies (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is a strong plus.
• Adobe Workfront certifications are desirable.
