About the Role

We're looking for a hard-working, detail-oriented Data Entry Analyst with strong organizational skills to join our dream team. You will play a main role in accurately capturing and categorizing data from master service agreements with our partners and ensuring proper uploading into our systems.

Our Deal Desk Data Entry Analyst will help structure, analyze, and optimize sales deals, ensuring they align with company policies, pricing strategies, and profitability goals. Essentially, they'll enable the sales team to close deals faster and smarter by providing data-driven insights and support. They'll act as a central hub, collaborating with sales, finance, legal and other teams within Landing to streamline the closing of deals and optimize revenue generation. This role reports to the Legal Team.

What You Will Do

• Read and interpret legal agreements
• Convert terms from a legal agreement to our systems with 100% accuracy
• Analyze master service agreements and data to ensure proper transition between documents and systems
• Build a QA process to ensure 100% accuracy
• Audit legacy agreements and historical data in our internal system to ensure accuracy
• Assist with contract creation
• Ensuring compliance with sales and business approval policies
• Manage escalations and exceptions
• Develop and implement process improvements

What You Will Need

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• +1 year of experience working with high-volume data entry
• Strong data entry skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and hardworking with a history of achieving targets
• Customer-focused approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a fit in our fast-paced, inclusive culture
• Tech-savvy - Familiarity with Mac, Google Drive, Excel, Slack, Looker

• $15,000 - $16,500 MXN Monthly Gross Salary based on experience
