What this job involve? The Performance & PgMO roll lead the integration of performance management and project governance to ensure established KPIs and SLAs are met while developing strategies for process improvement and creating opportunities to enhance results across regions.
- Work Adress: Paseo de la Reforma, Cuauhtémoc, CDMX
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm
- Work Modality: Hybrid
What is your day to day?
- Monitor contract performance against established KPIs and SLAs to ensure compliance and effectiveness
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Develop strategies to improve processes and create opportunities to enhance results
- Create accurate and insightful performance reports and presentations for management
- Conduct periodic performance reviews and provide actionable recommendations
- Lead project management teams through influence in a matrix organization
- Create and maintain project compliance standards across regions
- Develop and administer project quality excellence programs
- Establish PMO community across PDS Platform and account teams
- Take ownership of PMO specific goals on business plans
- Research technology solutions to drive market differentiation and delivery efficiencies
- Ensure teams have tools, technology, and training to deliver enhanced client experiences
- Standardize processes across regions
- Implement lean methodologies and process improvements
- Recruit, hire, develop, and inspire team members
- Create high-performing, diverse teams who thrive in an inclusive culture
- Mentor project management professionals
- Build confidence with clients and leadership through executive presence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Deliver excellent client experiences
- Manage expectations and resolve performance-related issues
Desired experience and technical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in project/contract management with performance monitoring experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex datasets
- Excellent communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels
- Proficient in spoken nd Written English
- Experience with process improvement in large matrix organizations
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity
- Technology savvy with focus on innovative solutions
