Leading planning activities as need to meet annual performance objectives, as well as promote APW tools to reach standardization of NMEX own Fleet management.
Fulfill with skills development and human resources through annual plan. "Cross Functional" collaboration for understanding, observance and working plan execution to ensure compliance with regulations related to transportation, as well as permits and payment obligations based on type of transportation operations within logistics flows under NMEX own fleet responsibility.
Show leadership and provide necessary coaching to the team for management and mitigation of risks related to operation, as well as for problems resolution or conflicts with other areas involved operationally.
Operation: Local parts In-house ground transportation, Last mile logistics, Finish vehicle transportation.
Scope: All NMEX plants, Dealers, Parts suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining own as a highly competitive division vs. rental carrier lines.
- Strategies execution (short and medium term) and decision making focused on the business.
- Search expansion opportunities and current logistics flows optimization.
- Execute annual strategy to achieve WTBC and getting the best results.
- Focus and monitoring on continuous improvement of Safety, Quality, Cost and Time objectives.
- Planning and projecting the budget for all necessary resources to operate optimally and rationally without detracting any current indicator or regulations.
- To achieve organization targets and special projects related to logistics and manufacturing operations.
- Establish and improve administrative processes to improve quality, control points and risk mitigation.
- Promote and secure the highest quality standards within Finish vehicle transportation.
- Maintain fixed assets (Trucks and Trailers) in optimal operative condition to obtain maximum benefits from their use.
- Supporting manufacturing production plan through optimal own fleet management.
- To define and Review Technical specifications within renewal process to warranty best equipment acquisition and optimal fleet quantity.
- Business case development to warranty that own fleet is used in the best way on most beneficial logistics flows.
- Strategic projects execution and supervision.
- KPI's definition, implementation & improvement.
- Accomplishment of DOA's process
Education/Certifications:
- Engineering or Bachelor's Degree related (Industrial/ business management or similar) or higher.
Previous Work Experience:
- Domestic logistics and shipping coordination.
- Running purchasing processes.
- Maintenance program management.
- Transport normativity and regulations.
- Transportation Service technical Specifications development.
- Planning and Project Management (Scheduling preparation by Gantt Chart)
- Project execution (Milestone accomplishment/supervision)
- Incoterms knowledge
- Certifications and regulations (CTPAT & OEA)
- Route planning re-engineering
- KPI' Tracking and improvement.
- Supply chain management (risk management)
- Cross docking.

- Language: English (> 500 Pts. TOEIC)
